1. Nature of the Service
OpsCalify is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing multi-tenant operations tooling — HR, shift rosters, attendance, payroll, sales, quotations, projects, documents and custom forms — accessed through a web browser over the public internet.
The service is hosted on cloud infrastructure and delivered entirely online. No installation media, hardware, or physical deliverable is part of any subscription.
2. No Physical Shipping
Because OpsCalify sells access to a digital service, the following do not apply:
- Shipping charges, freight, or delivery fees.
- Courier tracking numbers or estimated arrival dates.
- Customs, duties, or import handling.
- Returns of physical items (see the Refund Policy for billing refunds instead).
Delivery method: Your “delivery” is activation of your workspace and user accounts on the OpsCalify platform, available immediately after signup.
3. Access & Provisioning
- Signup: A workspace (tenant) is created the moment you register and complete onboarding — typically within a few minutes.
- Trial access: Full feature access is granted immediately for the 7-day free trial, with no card required.
- Paid access: Upgrading to a paid package takes effect immediately after successful checkout; plan limits (employees, shifts, modules) update in real time.
- Team invitations: Additional users receive access as soon as a workspace admin invites them and they accept.
If your workspace is not accessible shortly after signup or payment, contact support and we will provision it manually.
4. Availability & Regions
- The service is available worldwide wherever there is a stable internet connection and a modern browser, subject to applicable sanctions and export-control laws.
- Application content is served through a global edge network for low latency; primary data storage is in the United States and/or EU regions as described in our Privacy Policy.
- All calculations run in your organization’s primary currency; the interface is currently provided in English.
5. Uptime & Maintenance
- We target 99.99% core application uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and is generally performed during off-peak weekend windows.
- Emergency maintenance for security or stability may occur without notice; we aim to keep any disruption brief.
- Sustained outages attributable to OpsCalify may qualify for a service credit — see the Refund Policy.
6. Onboarding & Support
- Self-serve setup is available to every account via the onboarding wizard and the documentation.
- Standard support is provided by email and the in-dashboard concierge, with a typical first response within one business day.
- Growth and Enterprise plans include priority response SLAs and, where agreed, guided migration assistance.
7. Service Changes
We continuously improve the platform. New features are rolled out progressively, and we may modify or retire individual features. Material reductions to functionality on a plan you are paying for will be communicated in advance, and this policy will be updated with a new revision date when the delivery model changes.
